Hidden Garden was inspired by the desire to create a space that breaks away from traditional expressions and offers a balanced essence of beauty. The design aims to provide a space where the homeowner can freely interpret their feelings and vocation, secluded from the world. This concept of hermitage is a unique feature of the design, allowing the homeowner to enjoy solitude and tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of city life.
The design's unique properties lie in its ability to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where one can forget worldly worries and enjoy solitude. The homeowner is encouraged to discover the mood of the scenery and use it for personal development, seeking hermitage from the world rather than fame and fortune.
Hidden Garden was realized using a variety of materials including natural marble, imported tile, rose gold titanium plating, island type wood flooring, natural veneer dyeing, specially handmade iron pieces, jade sanded glass, and imported leather. The technical specifications of the design are a width of 18270 mm, a depth of 17230 mm, and a height of 3000 mm.
The design process started in February 2019 in Taiwan and was completed in July 2019. It was exhibited in Taipei the same month. The design research involved the use of modern materials and craftsmanship to focus on the vivacity of the modern mix and match style. The design challenges involved arranging various ceiling levels to give a fullness to the atmosphere of life and creating corridors leading to private areas imprinted with the occupants' smiles.
In conclusion, Hidden Garden is a unique residential design that offers a balance between city life and leisurely retreat. It is a testament to the power of design in enhancing the quality of life and creating spaces that offer comfort, tranquility, and sophistication. The design is a perfect example of how innovative design can create a modern hermitage in the heart of a bustling city.
